Design & Project Management
BGEN International offers high-quality specialist engineering and design services on both single-discipline and complex multi-disciplinary projects. Our services span engineering, project controls, planning, procurement, risk management, construction methodology and HSE&Q across a wide range of industries and technical disciplines.
Electrical & instrumentation
We deliver large and small-scale electrical and instrumentation projects from concept and design to installation, commissioning and maintenance. We operate in heavily regulated industries where stringent compliance is required. Our end-to-end services include electrical engineering and design, electrical and instrumentation services, and switchgear and motor control centres.
Mechanical
Our mechanical engineering services are offered as a single discipline or part of a fully integrated turnkey solution, with in-house engineering and design. We use computerised database tracking for the production of structural steelwork and specialist piping, and we also offer welding, off-site fabrication, mechanical installation, and testing, inspection and commissioning.
LV assembly
We deliver bespoke LV assembly solutions with current ratings up to 6300A, each tested and design-verified to BS EN 61439-2. Our design-verified solutions feature high-quality design with robust construction and testing, all to BS EN ISO 9001:2015. 3D BIM design software enables us to work closely and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
Systems integration
We offer you the control you’re looking for, with vendor-independent systems integration experience across diverse industries, processes, and platforms. Our engineers are highly skilled in the design, installation, commissioning, maintenance and end-to-end digitalisation of industrial automation – from standalone applications for PLC, HMI and SCADA systems to networked devices with a distributed SCADA system.
